Made me miss my mums cooking :) As someone with a Filipino mum, I'm familiar with the flavors, and I was happy to find that the food here compared well to my mum’s cooking. I was with a group of 8 friends - the dishes were great for sharing, which was perfect since most of my friends had never tried Filipino food before. We ordered a variety of dishes so everyone could try a bit of everything, but my absolute favorite was the fish Sinigang. It had such a bold, strong sour flavour that really stood out. The service was equally wonderful. The lady who served us was very welcoming, answering all of our questions with a smile. She even let my friend sample the iced tea to make sure the sweetness was to his liking before he ordered it. Overall, it was a great experience, with delicious food and a warm, friendly atmosphere. I’d definitely come back!

An exceptional find in West Hampstead, with authentic food combined with the genius and creativity of the chef Rommel. Add in the charming Claudine and the team who create the happiest atmosphere and it's easy to understand the 5 stars. I can only show you two starters, spring rolls (but pineapple in the chilli sauce is inspired) and the melt in the mouth aubergine dish - wow. There aren't any more photos as the food totally distracted me from taking any more We were only sorry we'd not been here before, but that's going g to be rectified for sure. Thank you all so much, we feel like family. Highly recommended and appreciated

Pork adobo claypot rice was incredible. I’m already a big foodie but it surpassed my expectations. The atmosphere was nice as well having a “secret hideout” kind of vibe with nice warm candles and incense. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely and cozy place! The food was flavourful (best dish for me: Claypot chicken adobo) and the Pancit chicken noodles were great with a mix of everything! So happy to have found a Filipino gem in London

Fantastic food. We were new to Filipino cuisine and they took the time to explain the dishes. We ordered the pork special, which was absolutely incredible, so rich and the crunch of the crackling was perfection. The garlic rice was possibly the best rice dish I've ever eaten. I'm still thinking about the meal a week later and really look forward to returning!

Had a lovely evening at Mama’s Kubo. The staff was very kind and service was efficient. We discovered flavours from Filipino cuisine which was a first time for us. The lemongrass lemonade was delicious. The dishes were yummy with quality fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is calm and cosy; I really appreciated. I recommend and will come again to try your other dishes.

Amazing place, such a little gem! I went with 4 others for a birthday meal on a Sunday afternoon. Food was incredible - so many unique flavours. Every dish was very different but all as good as each other. We were absolutely stuffed at the end but still had to have desserts. The staff were so lovely. Very welcoming and jolly. Huri was brilliant as our waiter and really helpful in choosing and explaining the dishes. The interior was cosy and comfortable - very pleasant to spend several hours in. All in all, a fantastic experience. We'll definitely be back!!
